-Expand their knowledge of key Sustainability & ESG topics and trends that pose material risks and opportunities to Bain clients
-Develop confidence and credibility in client interactions, as evidenced by the depth and range of their conversations/ vocabulary
The training was a blended development experience that combines virtual training sessions, self-directed learning, and an immersive workshop where participants:
-Learnt the Bain Meta Framework and developed a strong point of view on why Sustainability and ESG is important to Bain and its clients.
-Engaged with researchers from Imperial’s Grantham Institute to hear evidence-based views on climate change, circular economy, and low carbon technology pathways.
-Met a cluster of entrepreneurs from Imperial’s White City Incubator and Imperial Enterprise Labs who are solving some of the world’s biggest problems.
-Created a sustainability and ESG strategy for a real business and pitch their proposals to a panel and gain their feedback.
-Shared and discuss questions, issues, and opportunities arising from the programme content in an informal Learning Pod of their peers
-Left the programme with ideas, insights, and practical tools, and feeling inspired and empowered to create value for their clients.
