Impactful Leaders Programme, Empowering Leaders Module

Empowering Leadership is one of the offerings in the Impactful Leaders Programme, characterised by weekly live interactive sessions with faculty online. It has equipped participants to think about their leadership style and lead teams through the digital age. The programme offered a special practical and personalised learning approach, backed by theory, and delivered through interactive coaching elements. Participants had challenged their self-beliefs and viewed their leadership style from new perspectives. Participants had also worked closely with their peers to navigate the digital landscape and become adaptive leaders.
