Imperial College Certificate for Student Leaders - 2022/2023

The objective of the Programme is to provide you with some additional knowledge and skills to support you throughout your term of office and to provide you with some space to reflect on  what you have learned and gained from the year. It begins by inviting you to think more widely about the College, your role and College expectations of your role. It moves on to provide various support skills such as time management, consulting skills, data management and managing difficult conversations. Since much of your work is in teams the Programme will review key aspects of team dynamics building on the introduction to Belbin which you have already completed. The Programme will conclude with feedback on your leadership style as it has developed over the year and with reflections on what you have learned from the Programme.
