Leadership in Research

The study of Leadership behaviour involves examining processes at the individual, group and organizational levels. This programme helps participants develop an understanding of modern organizations and the important ‘tools’ that they will need to contribute effectively in them. The Programme also encourages participants to reflect on themselves as a “person”. Being a good leader starts with a good understanding of one’s own preferences, values and strengths. The programme includes team exercises and lots of interaction during the 3 days, which will encourage self-reflection.
