Leadership Effectiveness

This module focuses on management skills and leadership behaviours that underpin effective leadership in science. Dr Sankalp Chaturvedi, Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Leadership, will explore attributes, qualities and behaviours of inspiring leaders and the challenges facing researchers in managerial roles. You will also have the chance to learn more about your own personal leadership style.
